Enzymes !! What are they? Where do they come from ?? Where do they go? Where do they come from.. Cotton Eyed JOE

Enzymes begin to get released in the Saliva and trigger our immune system to DIGEST FOOD. From Amylase to Lipase to Pepsin.. From the mouth.. to the esophagus to the lower intestines to the Colon. The mysteries as to why some of our bodies have issues digesting certain types of foods may be hidden within the mechanisms of the bodies ability to release digestive Enzymes.

Without digestive enzymes.. the food that goes into our body gets exposed to the internal organs and Microvilli undigested and can be triggering the “AutoImmune” systems inside. The theory i’ve come to is that “Leaky Gut” … is actually just one symptom .. of the body being exposed to “food substances” that have yet to be digested down to a level that can be assimilated without harm. This causes the body to see undigested food as a “foreign substance” that needs to be “attacked” instead of food to be absorbed. And the undigested food particles.. are what actually does harm in out bloodstream causing Havoc in a plethora of symptoms a lot of us experience.

Not everyone’s body would react the same way, which would be why not everyone is effected in the same ways.. Some being lactose intolerant for example.. not producing the correct Lactase Enzymes.. Or others being Celiac.. meaning they aren’t producing the correct amylase enzymes. The question is WHY. is the body not producing the right enzymes. Could it be because of the foods we eat? Could it be the Bt Toxin sprayed on our plants. This includes the “Organic” ones. Nothing is cut and dry.. In this reality.
