This is my official Confession.. I’m no longer following a “Low Carb” eating protocol but rather a more of a Balanced Mechanism type eating habit based on what works and feels good to ME and with my Blood Type. but not like.. strict blood type stuff… just.. Yikes… This is gonna get interesting.
In 2013 I had stumbled upon the SCD… Which is a “Diet” that focuses on starving “Bad Bacteria” and feeding “Good Bacteria” by feeding them easier to digest sugars. It’s been a long ride. Long story short.
I’m increasing the intake of Starches (potatoes) and some Cane Sugar to help increase Glycogen Stores. What’s Glycogen Stores you ask? Well.. Glad we get to Toke about it all in this weeks show.
